Refund Policy

Security deposits are refundable on successful move-out clearance by the property owner. Rent payments are non-refundable once paid. In case of fraud or payment error, please raise a ticket via the Contact page within 7 days. Subscription payments are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions.
