By using De-Kiraya, you agree to act fairly with the other party in any rental arrangement. Late payments may attract penalties. Engineer Baba Technologies is a technology platform and is not a party to the rental contract. 1. All listings must be accurate and lawful. 2. Tenants must complete KYC before any booking is finalised. 3. Owners are responsible for the safety and legality of their property. 4. Penalties on late rent: 5% per delayed week. 70% goes to the owner, 30% to the platform. 5. Disputes are to be resolved between owner and tenant. Engineer Baba Technologies may facilitate but is not a legal arbitrator.
